FLY UGANDA TO START SCHEDULED FLIGHTS DECEMBER 2012

July 18, 2012

Flying safaris with Fly UgandaFly Uganda (Kampala Aeroclub) has announced it will start offering scheduled flights within Uganda from December 1st 2012. Fly Uganda will operate schedules to the south west of Uganda, offering the tourism and business destinations of Mbarara, Kihihi, Mweya and Kasese and linking up with an afternoon schedule to Murchison Falls National Park airfields of Pakuba, Chobe and Bugungu.

The new service will help Journeys Discovering Africa offer more choices for affordable flying safaris in Uganda. With the recent launch of AeroLink Uganda offering a rival scheduled service, the introduction of some healthy competition in this sector should deliver more flexible scheduling and routing options. It may also drive operators to strive for excellence in other factors – such as environmental credentials – Fly Uganda recently became the only Ugandan Aviation Company to be Carbon Neutral in its operations.

More details of schedules will be released soon. For more information, please contact one of the TFH Tour Consultants at enquiries@journeysdiscoveringafrica.com
