Lewa Safari Camp

overview

Safari Highlights

Lewa Safari Camp is a luxury tented camp located on the 65,000 acres of the private protected Lewa Conservancy

Gracious Surroundingsaccommodation, lewa safari camp, kenya, the far horizons

This camp offers a perfect blend of elegance, style and comfort. Occupying a stunning location within the Lewa Conservancy, with views across the plains to Mount Kenya, the area is steeped in history and culture. The camp’s communal areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day, with a swimming pool for a refreshing dip during the afternoon and cosy fires in the lounge area to keep the evening chill at bay.

Wildlife Conservation

Wildlife on the Lewa conservancy is abundant and rather special. Part of the Lewa Wilderness Trust, the area is home to approximately 10% of Kenya’s black rhino population, as well as the single largest population of Grevy’s zebra in the world. The 12 safari tents with thatched roofs, wooden floors, en-suite bathroom and private veranda provide the ideal base from which to go exploring.
