Sausage Tree Camp is a luxury tented camp located on the northern bank of the Zambezi in the Lower Zambezi National Park.

Guiding Light

The Lower Zambezi is notable for two things: the low traffic the park encounters, and its large variety of diverse habitats close to each other. The resulting wildlife encounters can therefore be very exciting indeed. The camp celebrates this through its collection of outstanding in-house guides, all personally trained by the management, and known to be among the best in the park.

Seduces the Senses

At this camp, you very much get the sense that you are a guest in untramelled African bush. Guests are issued with radios should they need to call for help if an elephant is blocking a pathway. There is no compromise on luxury though, with huge Bedouin-style tents housing teak 4-poster beds, and excellent attention to detail in every department. The honeymoon suites are some of the best available, and a family room makes allowance for small groups requiring privacy.
