We are delighted to announce green season discounts for tracking mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in southwest Uganda.

If you go gorilla tracking in November 2013, April-May 2014 or November 2014, you will only pay $350 per person per permit. The current price of a gorilla permit is normally $500, which is also set to increase for 2014, so these discounts represent great value for money.

Travelling in the green season definitely has its benefits – and it’s not just about the savings that can be made. Many die-hard safari fans swear by this time of year as the wildlife photography opportunities are so much better. The dry season months can be hazy, but green season skies bring both drama and clarity. After the rain showers, storm clouds clear to reveal big, blue skies providing heavenly light for capturing African wildlife and scenery.
